Appointment Policy

We require a credit card to hold all appointments. By doing this you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. 

Cancellation Policy

Out of respect for our business and our wait-listed clients we honor a firm 48 hour cancellation policy. Please understand when we reserve a block of time just for you we are turning away other clients to keep your time slot secured. This includes rescheduling within the 48 hours.

If you cancel/reschedule within 48 hours there will be a fee of 50% of the service booked that is due in full before rebooking.

Same day cancellation/rescheduling will result in 100% of the service fee as it does not leave us enough time to fill the appointment slot and must be paid in full before rebooking.

No Call No Show Policy

No call no shows will be charged full price for the service missed and be required to pay in full before rebooking. 

Refund Policy

Our goal is for each guest to love their results. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your service(s), our refund policies are laid out as such:

1. Services received cannot be refunded. We will gladly adjust any service you receive within 7 days of your appointment. We will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the service provider who performed the initial service, at no additional charge to you.

2. Refunds for products purchased will only be considered if presented within 7 days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging. If a product is opened or used, we may allow for an exchange.

Late Arrival Policy

If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, however, out of respect to all of our guests with scheduled appointments, we cannot guarantee the full service scheduled will be performed and may result in eliminating services. If we can not service you due to your late arrival you will still be required to pay for the service that was booked.
